The £100 will be paid direct to your electricity supplier. You don't need to do anything to action this payment.
The Government recognise that due to the nature of the Oil Industry, many customers have accounts with more than one supplier. This makes it difficult to pay in this way. You will only have one electricity supplier.
If you do not have am electricity account, don't worry, you will still be supported. The Government haven't released details of how this will happen as yet. When they do we will let you know.

No. You are not tied into a contract and can leave an oil club at any point. You also don't need to order every time we contact you and there's no minimum order frequencies. You order when you need some heating oil and benefit from the oil club price.
